How does your pricing work?

Our most popular plan contains the online ordering platform, Uber integration and Done-for-you email marketing. There's a $200 set-up fee and $98 ongoing monthly subscription. Our commission rate is 1/6 of Uber, while still using the same driver network. To compare the value of Pump'd against your current Apps, use our Calculator. Our add-ons have custom pricing so reach out if you want any extras!

How long does it take to get started?

We’ll launch your ordering platform on your website within just 1-2 weeks so you can start getting more profitable delivery orders pronto! We'll be collecting info and converting new customers into regulars from day one. We'll have your custom promos firing within two weeks and any dine-in assets implemented too.

Can I keep using third-party delivery apps?

Absolutely! Although we provide a complete solution, we always recommend that the more online presence you have, the better.

Do I need to be a Techy?

Not at all! You’ll have a 1-on-1 account manager who will get to know your needs and be your ongoing support from day one. We'll get all of your systems and integrations set up for you so your team can focus on what they do best.

When we get too busy can we pause online ordering?

Yes! If you're understaffed or swamped with orders just click the On/Off Switch on your management dashboard or pause services for a set duration.
